The first cruise ship dock in Roatan was built in the capital city of Coxen Hole, on Roatan’s southwestern shore. The Port of Roatan now welcomes Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and Celebrity Cruise Lines
The second cruise ship dock in Roatan was built by Carnival Cruise Lines to host their ships and the ships of all of Carnival’s sister companies. If you’re taking a Western Caribbean cruise with Carnival Cruise Lines, Princess Cruise Lines, Costa Cruise Lines, Thomson Cruise Lines, Holland America Lines, Regent Seven Seas, or P&O, you’ll probably be visiting Mahogany Bay on Isla Roatan.
Both Mahogany Bay and Port of Roatan welcome thousands of guests throughout the year in Roatan. Shore excursions and activities are available at both ports, with other providers waiting at the port to pick up their arriving guests and transport them either by boat or by bus to the excursion.
